How Vision Night Works
Vision night is a time to cast visions for next year and provide an opportunity for families to receive help on finishing up the re-enrollment process in one evening. We will have snacks and refreshments in the cafe, the computer lab will be open to complete the enrollment portal, and other stations to turn in your financial paperwork, and documents.
Since each family is at a different point in the process we've set up stations to work through the process. While it is not required to work in a particular order you will find suggestions below.
Please Park and Enter at Door A and start at Station 1
If you haven't started any steps in the process it may take 30-45 minutes to complete all the stations. However, if you have already started the process in the enrollment portal last week it may only take 20-30 minutes to complete the enrollment process.
Station Descriptions and Important Details
Station 1 Check In
This is where everyone starts. You can check in, receive a schedule and checklist for the evening. You will also pick up a medical release form and CHIRP form to turn in later.
Station 2 Financial Corner
This is a private office where you can have financial conversations with Diane Sheron. If Diane is with another family please schedule with the financial corner concierge.
Bring Copies of
Either W2 or 1040 Tax Form
Verification of other income like child support, social security.

Station 3 Cafe & Fellowship
Great place to take a break, get a snack, or refreshments.
Station 4 Vision Session
This is the core of the evening. This 20 minute session allows Dr. Crouse and Principal Simos the opportunity to share the exciting enhancements going into place next year. The 20 minute session is offered twice that evening you only need to attend 1 session.
Station 5 Enrollment Portal Lab
This station is where the bulk of assistance is offered. This year the enrollment process is 100% online. Mari Owens and her band of joyful helpers will be there to walk families through the process with detailed instructions.
