Athletics will glorify God through developing spiritual growth & servant leadership.

1 Corinthians 9:25-27 All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize.  So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing. I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified.

Team Sports

These are often sports that are in their 2nd or 3rd year that have grown out of their club sports status. They are established, keep scheduled practices, and compete with other schools.

Club Sports

These are sports in development to become team sports. They operate as a club with periodic and seasonal practices. The competition often includes scrimmages with students or staff and when possible verses other schools.

The atmosphere is about striving, competing, growing together through Christ. This past year we have added new players during the off season, while continuing to develop our skill positions. We train once a week during off season, try to have monthly scrimmages, and are building for next year’s Fall Season.

In the Hoosier state no school would be complete with our basketball. Through our basketball program students have the opportunity to develop their character and leadership skills while gaining fundamental skills.

The same as we aim our arrows to the targets we aim our hearts to God. We are working to put our focus on God along with growing our sport. We are currently competitive through archery, shooting against a variety of public and Christian schools.

The Bowling team challenges students to show Christ-like character by being an encourager to one another.  For the past couple of years our middle/high school bowling team has provided students with the opportunity to learn a sport which they can use for the rest of their life.  It’s becoming more common for colleges and universities to offer students scholarships during their time in school.

New 2018-2019

Cross Country

Through developing our God given abilities, we challenge our athletes to become better versions of themselves, spiritually, athletically, and academically. We run to honor him. We are planning to start to compete in several cross country meets this coming season.

Through running, jumping and throwing, we work on our whole person development. By learning character, self-discipline and sportsmanship, we learn to honor and serve our creator. This past year we competed at a variety of track and field meets, and hope to grow back into competing in the near future.
